Position: Segment Manager
Reference: CCO/SM/070/2610

The Role:
As a Segment Manager you will be responsible to lead and manage different customer segments and an offer range product and service to maintain competiveness. You will be defining & implementing offer strategy to develop a customer base, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) & revenues in line with AOP target. You will be building a customer and market understanding through market studies, proximity with distribution. You will be responsible to revamp and manage the Shababiah (Youth) offers and develop strategies to enhance product performance. You will initiate promotions, offers and win-back plans to meet objectives set in the annual operation plan. You will be defining and delivering the roadmap including coordinating the launch of offers and their evaluations.

 

The Person:
You have a university degree in Marketing with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in a mobile operator, preferably in product management with a good commercial, and technical understanding of technical key platforms (IN, Billing and Customer Care Systems). You have very good communication skills, you are a team player with Leadership abilities. You are detailed oriented and self-motivated and willing to learn. You have excellent presentation and project management skills. You are proficient in MS Office skills and Fluent in English and Arabic.
