The Role:
You will provide a positive interaction for our Customers through friendly and welcoming attitude and delivering sales and world class customer service. You will be expected to identify the customer’s needs in a timely and effective manner leaving the customer with a high degree of satisfaction. You will be expected to meet the required business targets for sales and customer satisfaction through their personal performance.

 

The Person:
You have a Secondary School certificate or equivalent with minimum of 1 year working experience – experience in sales or customer service will be a big plus. You are Fluent in Arabic and in English (spoken and written), Hindi language will be a big plus. You have very good Microsoft applications with the ability to speak and type (accuracy and speed) at the same time. You are a customer service and results oriented. You are an excellent team player with excellent problem Solving & Decision Making skills.
