Position: Project Manager – Fixed IT

The Role:
You will be responsible for the transformation of the billing system to cope with the convergence [Prepaid, Postpaid, Fixed, ISP] implementation, including interfaces with Billing (Infinys) and Mediation (Comptel), DWH (Teradata) and CRM (CSI In-house development). You will be operating and managing the Fixed and ISP billing systems (Infinys), defining the interfaces to the Mediation system.

Your focus will be on introducing the fixed and ISP business processes into existing billing ,working closely with the Mobile billing team in order to introduce convergent packages, managing internal customer expectation – Marketing, product development, and Finance.

You will support the implementation of the CRM and other related systems; manage the internal relation and communications with Engineering team – IMS, MSC, HLR, and VAS.

You will be interacting with multiple business and technical resources to finalize the requirements for the Billing project, managing the RFP process and system selection of the interconnect project, managing the implementation process with users, vendor and integrators in addition to implementing the Billing solution and integrate with relevant systems, manage the deployment / Adaptations of the billing system and other related systems and insure system acceptance and sign off by business.
 

The Person:
You have a University Degree in MIS or Telecommunications with minimum 5 years of experience, in the Billing in a telecom environment out of them 3 years intensive projects in Convergent Billing applications in a similar environment (Start-up) including IN Integration, IN (Ericsson) Billing (Convergys), Convergence, CDR, Roaming, Interconnect Oracle, Unix Shell, Modeling, Formal Language. You must have OSS and PM skills including vendor or operator experience.
