Position: Network and IT Procurement Manager Role (6 Months Contract)

The Role:
You will be working within a cross-functional procurement team, and will be tasked with driving strategic sourcing activities in the Telecoms, Data Networks and Network Equipment category; by achieving year-on-year improvement in cost, quality and service, you will be responsible in helping to deliver a professional procurement service to Nawras’ business.

You will be required to deliver and implement parts of the sourcing strategy for Nawras, which will include reviewing existing contracts, management of tendering process’s, developing a sourcing strategy, incorporating best practice and market trends, whilst managing a number of strategic supplier relationships with the main data networks, services and infrastructure vendors.


The Person:
A broad Telecoms and Networks category background with excellent exposure to the likes of Turnkey Network Vendor; and must have the ability to demonstrate an understanding of procurement and contract management within a telecoms environment. Also you must have:-

• A high degree of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism with a “can do attitude”.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills including assertive influencing and negotiation skills.

• Excellent Relationship management skills.

• 5 - 7yrs of experience and expertise in Telecoms, Technology and IT sourcing.
