Nawras offers you a wide variety of convenient ways such as Mousbak Recharge Cards, E-Recharge, Post to Pre Recharge, Oman Arab Bank Mousbak Recharge Service, BankMuscat E-Recharge Service and eVoucher to top up your Mousbak account.

Mousbak Recharge Cards
You can recharge your  Mousbak account easily by purchasing recharge cards at a large number of outlets, including all Nawras Stores, Nawras Premium & Standard Dealers, supermarkets, foodstuff and grocery shops across Oman. Recharge cards are available in denominations of RO 1, RO 2, RO 4 and RO 8.

Using Nawras Recharge Cards
Recharge with a free of charge text message:
1. Every Nawras recharge card has a unique 14-digit recharge code. To recharge your Mousbak account, scratch the coating area on the back of the card to get your recharge code.
2. Dial *115* followed by the 14-digit recharge code followed by # and press the send button. Do not use spaces or any additional characters. Your account will be credited and you will receive confirmation of recharge through a balance notification message.
   
Recharge with a free of charge call:
1. Scratch the coating area on the back of the Nawras Recharge Card to reveal the 14-digit recharge code.
2 Call 1502 from your mobile handset with your Nawras SIM-card. 
3 Follow the voice instructions (when calling for the first time or when language has not been set, please follow the instructions and choose the preferred language by pushing “1” for Arabic, and “2” for English).
4. Press “1” to recharge. Enter the 14-digit recharge code in your mobile handset. The 14-digit recharge code will be repeated - press “1” to confirm. Your account will be recharged and you will receive confirmation of recharge through a balance notification message.

Recharge when Roaming:
If you are roaming in another country, you can recharge with a free of charge text message if you have a valid recharge card code.

Check your Account Balance
Nawras helps you keep track of your mobile spending conveniently. Here are a few ways by which you can check your Mousbak account balance:
1. Type *102# on your phone and then press the call button. A few seconds later you will receive information on your account balance on your mobile handset; or
2 Call 1502 and follow the instructions; or
3 Choose Balance from the list of preinstalled numbers on your Mousbak SIM-card and then press the call button; or
4. Log in to MyNawras to look up details relating to your Nawras account and call history.

All the above services are free of charge.

E-Recharge
E-Recharge is a SMS-based credit transfer facility that enables  all Mousbak customers to transfer credit from their account to any other  Mousbak customer.

It is ideal for customers, who have no cash at hand to buy a recharge card, or customers travelling abroad or in rural areas where no recharge cards are available. The activation of the service is free. Every SMS will be charged at a normal SMS price of 10 Bz.
How to use E-Recharge?
1. Go to your handset main menu.
2 Select Nawras Zone.
3 Select language, and then select E-Recharge.
4 Follow the E-Recharge menu and enter the mobile number and the amount you wish to send.
5 You will receive an SMS confirmation of your transfer with time, date, and transaction number.
6. The recipient will be informed by SMS that her / his account is credited with the value of the sent amount.

E-Recharge Sales Service at Nawras Stores
Customers can visit any of the 18 Nawras Stores across Oman and purchase talk-time credit electronically through E-Recharge. Credit can be purchased in denominations as low 100 Bz or as high as RO 1000. E-Recharge purchases of RO 50 and above will get a discount of 4.25% at all Nawras Stores.

Oman Arab Bank Mousbak Recharge Service
Nawras has partnered with Oman Arab Bank to offer you more convenient, innovative and customer-friendly ways of recharging your Mousbak account.

At a branch:
Visit any Oman Arab Bank branch and ask to recharge any  Mousbak account. Receive an instant confirmation from Oman Arab Bank via a printed receipt and an SMS confirmation message from Nawras that your Mousbak account has been credited electronically with the amount of credit requested. This service is available free of charge.

At a FastBank Centre:
Nawras prepaid customers can recharge their Mousbak account at any Oman Arab Bank self-service FastBank Centre. Visit any OAB FastBank Centre, enter your telephone number and any credit between RO 1 and RO 999. The system will then electronically transfer the requested amount to your prepaid account.

BankMuscat E-Recharge Service
Nawras Mousbak customers can use BankMuscat electronic channels such as Cash Deposit Machines, ATMs, Online Banking and Call Centre to recharge their account. All recharging services are free of charge and are provided real time.

Now experience even more choice and convenience in recharging, with the freedom to select any amount from a minimum of RO 1 to a maximum of RO 100 per transaction.

Recharge via Easy Deposit Machines (CDM):
If you are a Nawras Mousbak customer but not a current BankMuscat customer, you can recharge your Mousbak account by visiting any of the over 30 BankMuscat Cash Deposit Machines in Oman.

Recharge via Automatic Teller Machines (ATM):
Top up your Mousbak account by visiting any of the over 200 BankMuscat ATMs in Oman.

Recharge via Online Banking:
Visit www.bankmuscat.com to recharge your Mousbak account any time, any where in the world.

Recharge via Call Centre:
Call the BankMuscat Call Centre at 24795555 any time, any day to recharge your Mousbak account.

Check the latest balance on your handset after every transaction by dialling the toll free #1502 or entering the short code *102#.

eVoucher

Nawras Mousbak prepaid customers can now enjoy even greater options for recharging than before through the Nawras eVoucher service.
