Position: IT Project Coordinator
Reference: CTO/IPC/067/2209


The Role:
You will be responsible to manage cross-functional activities and projects within IT and across the entire organization. You will be providing expert advices and recommendations on IT projects, and providing assistance in their co-ordination and handling, ensuring timely delivery of quality projects/assignments. You will responsible to prepare the plans and budgets for the involved projects.

You will be expected to assist in handling IT tenders and implementing structured evaluation on technologies. You will professionally documents all handled projects and you will ensure there is a good co-operation and customer satisfaction within IT & Business departments. You will be supervising assigned staff at the level determined by senior management
 

The Person:
You have a degree in computer science or distinguished experience with additional further training courses and seminars. You have minimum of 3 years of experience of successful project management within the IT area in a Telco organization. You have Good knowledge of Change/ Release management policies and procedures. You have experience in the interaction between business processes and the supporting IT systems. You excellent negotiation, interpersonal and analytical skills. You are a pro in MS Office skills. You are strong in problem solving skills, project management skills and communication skills (Very good written and spoken English).
