Position:  Interconnection Manager

The Role:
You will be responsible for the management of Nawras wholesale business (including national interconnect, transmission, National Roaming, resellers/MVNOs and international agreements) with primary licensed operators in Oman and international operators. You will be supervising assigned staff at the level determined by senior management. You will be implementing Nawras wholesale strategy taking into account emerging changes in regulatory and technology.

You will be responsible to daily manage the following:

• Interconnect agreements, transmission agreements, national roaming agreements, etc. towards class I licensed operators current and future.

• Managing the wholesale including reseller, ISP and MVNO agreements with class II licensed resellers in Oman (mobile, fixed operators and resellers)

• Management of the international wholesale agreements with international carriers.

You will be responsible for the disputes, claims and complaints with respect to the wholesale area. You will be managing of developing Reference Interconnect Offer and Reference Access Offer.


The Person
You have a university degree in telecommunications management or similar qualification is required. You have minimum of 6 years experience within commercial telecommunications field in which 4 years experience within Interconnect and Wholesale. You have excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills. You have good project management skills with the ability to work under pressure. You are fluent in English (written and spoken English) Arabic is a plus. You have good MS Office skills and you have the ability to work in team.
