WAP
WAP or Wireless Application Protocol is a set of communication protocol standards for accessing the Internet with wireless devices such as mobile handsets. WAP was conceived by four companies: Ericsson, Motorola, Nokia, and Unwired Planet (today called Phone.com).

Wallpaper
Wallpaper is a colour image that sits on the background of the main display of the mobile handset. These are available on most mobile handsets with colour display, but like operator logos, you can't have more than one wallpaper in use on a mobile handset at any time.
