Buying Nawras Products & Services
Nawras Stores are destinations of choice where you can not only get a service, pay a bill or seek customer assistance, but also shop for the latest mobile phones and learn how to get the best from your mobile service. Nawras products and services are also available at more than 500 points of sale across Oman through a wide range of Nawras Premium Dealers, Nawras Standard Dealers and Retail Dealers.

Get Customer Support on Nawras Products & Services

Visit any of our 18 Nawras Stores across Oman or call 1500 anytime from Saturday to Friday to reach a Nawras Customer Champion. Alternatively, visit MyNawras, a 24/7 online self-care facility to check your account details, billing information and call history.

Using Nawras Services after purchase

Nawras Ajel postpaid service will be automatically activated just a few hours after leaving the store. Nawras Mousbak prepaid service will also be activated a few hours after purchase (sometimes even less than 1 hour) after which you can start using the service. For data services which can be complex to set up, Nawras has an automatic service where the phone settings are sent to the mobile handset after the customer inserts the SIM-card. All you have to do is accept these settings and you are ready to go.

Paying Nawras Bills

Nawras offers easy & convenient bill payments for both postpaid and prepaid customers. For postpaid customers, we send an SMS to inform you when the bill has been sent and how much needs to be paid. You can then pay at one of the 18 Nawras Stores or at any of the 300 BankMuscat or Oman Arab Bank payment outlets, including ATMs, cash machines or via Internet and phone banking. For prepaid customers, Nawras recharge cards are available at thousands of stores throughout Oman.
