Position: Account Manager SMEs/SOHO -Sales

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and developing an existing customer portfolio, and for acquiring new customers based on a sound analysis of new business potential, structured sales interviews and marketing activities. As the primary business contact for the customers, you will ensure that they are living the Nawras customer experience. You are expected to consistently provide excellent customer service, as well as represent customer needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. You are required to proactively provide customers with up to date information on products, services and promotions and to build and develop effective relationships, over-delivering on expectations. You will use customer and prospect contact activities tools and update relevant information, managing quota funnels and forecasts to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual customer acquisition and retention objectives. In addition, you will support Marketing by monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities
 

The Person:
You have a university degree with 2 years of experience indirect sales environment, preferably in the telecom/IT/Banking/Services sector. You have a good understanding of the regional environment and the telecommunication products and services for businesses. You are outgoing, results, growth and Sales oriented Account Manager. You are customer and target focused. You have excellent decision making and influencing skills. You have effective communication skills (English & Arabic), very presentable and a team player with excellent computer skills.
