Nawras recognizes its dealers

Nawras, the Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company, the Sultanate's customer-friendly telecommunications provider, organize an exciting event to recognize the achievement of its premium and standard dealer who are monitored by MHD at Crown Plaza-Muscat.

Senior officials from both Nawras and MHD attended the event, which started by welcome note presented by Niklas Nielson, Nawras Sales and Logistics Director, giving brief about Nawras great achievements during the last year and Nawras innovation in the field of distribution through introducing new ways for distributing Nawras products and services making Nawras products available everywhere in the Sultanate. He mentioned that since launching its service Nawras has revolutionised the whole customer experience in the Sultanate to deliver best service; from what you buy, to how and where you buy it, from getting started to using the service, from getting help to paying. In addition, to purchasing Nawras through its every expanding networks of dealers it has designed its exciting new range of own stores to be destinations of choice not necessity.

During his speech he outlined that Nawras sets everything on listening to its customers and all services currently available have been launched because months of dedicated research showed that there was genuine demand and need. Believing that the customer comes first is even reflected in the way the sales outlets and head office are set out, with no private offices. Space is given to the areas where Nawras staff interacts with their customers, and the customer services call centre is given extra space because they are doing the most important job of all: listening and talking to customers.

After that HE Lujina Mohsin Haider Darwish, member of the Shur’a Council and Executive Director of MHD LLC, give a short speech thanking Nawras for the kind gesture to recognize the achievements of their dealers. Also, she emphasised the strong partnership with Nawras since inception and how Nawras and MHD LLC works together with a customer focus orientation to achieve success during the last year and this efforts will continue to gain more growth in the market with the help of our dedicated dealers.

Commenting on the exciting event, Mohammed Abdullatif, Nawras Head of Indirect Channels, commented, “It was another milstone in the Nawras-MHD LLC strong relationship. The dealer’s night is a sincere appreciation to our dealers all over Oman for their consistent support and efforts”

Mr. Murli Pillai, Sr. Sales Manager - Telecom, MHD LLC - COAT Division, commented on this memorable event "The reason we wanted to join with Nawras was because of Nawras' different approach in addressing the market through Channel distribution; which is basically MHD LLCs strenght, and the reason we would like to continue and grow is because of the innovative Products and Services like Duo and Quattro"

At the end of the event Mr. Khalid Al Mahmoud and HE Lujina recognized the high dealer achievers by distributing memorable gifts and recognition certificates.
