Nawras sponsors Ramadan Lulu Festival

To celebrate the Holy month of Ramadan, Nawras has sponsored the Ramadan Lulu Festival. As one of the main sponsors Nawras has a special kiosk located by the entrance of the large Ramadan tent next to the hypermarket. At the kiosk Nawras sales representatives will be distributing free promotional material. Customers who visit the Nawras kiosk will be given T-shirts, sun shades, sweets and Nawras branded water bottles, as well as buying Nawras prepaid products and flyers contenting information about Nawras two special Ramadan offers.

First, customers can buy any Nawras Ajel (postpaid) welcome pack and get 50% off the price, meaning customers will pay only RO 7 instead of RO 14 for the welcome pack. In addition, customers subscribing to a mobile service, can bring two latest monthly bills with no balance brought forward to the nearest Nawras store, and will be offered free subscription for 6 months, if the sum of the invoiced amounts is above RO 100, or free subscription for 3 months, if the sum of the invoiced amounts is between RO 50 and RO 100.

Secondly, for Nawras Prepaid customers if you buy and activate any Nawras Mousbak or Nawras Mousbak Plus welcome pack until the end of November, or as an existing customer, you spend more than RO 14 during the months of October or November, you will enter a draw to win up to 40,000 minutes of talk time. In addition, 35 lucky winners, to coincide with the 35th National Day Anniversary celebration in Oman, will win talk time ranging from RO 100 to RO 1’000 (corresponding to 40’000 minutes of talk time to other Nawras customers), at a prize draw to take place on December 15th 2005. Nawras customers can also enjoy Ramadan content through the Nawras portal, Nawras Zone, which offers a wide range of exciting Ramadan services including Ramadan java games, Picture Messaging, ring tones and much more.

The main Ramadan Lulu Festival contains retail tent selling various products and services that will be sold for special Ramadan promotional prices, fun and play area and food stalls and shops. In addition, there will be a live Arabic Band, Magic Show, free Henna and ‘Sabla’ area serving Omani coffee and dates and coverage from Oman TV.
