Nawras sales forces graduate

Graduates of Nawras Sales team recently celebrated the conclusion of their training in style. Nawras, Oman’s new mobile service provider, rewarded 80 sales staff with a formal graduation party at the Grand Hyatt Muscat.

At the graduation ceremony, Ross Cormack Nawras CEO handed certificate of achievement to Sales attendees, who will be Nawras’s customer facing unit.. Commenting on the occasion Mr. Cormack said “We have as one of our core objectives is to be the employer of choice in Oman, and so it is essential that we provide our employees with necessary training to equip them to serve our future customers demanding requirements”. He added, “Our sales team live our core values including striving for excellence, and for that reason we have spent a lot of effort and resources on training the sales teams to achieve this.”

Niklas Nielsen Nawras’s Sales Director highlighted, “The training programme takes our employees through the customer related processes as well as services, systems and much more. We are using a professional, international training company to conduct the training, backed up by our internal trainers. All graduate employees receive a diploma as a proof of their achievements.

The hard working group of sales employees has now been divided into regional teams prior to our imminent launch, in order to provide caring support for customer. Commenting at the graduation ceremony a sales representative added, “The training has been hard work but we have really come together as a team. I think it will be an exciting and challenging career, working with Nawras during this crucial time in the company’s development". He concluded, “We are extremely proud of our sales employees for this achievement which reflects their commitment to ensuring that we deliver caring support to our customers wherever they are.”

As the launch date nears, the Nawras team is busy ensuring all the customer facing processes are robust and ready to meet the requirements of our future customers. “This is the dawn of an exciting new era in mobile telecommunications for Oman. Nawras is dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience and this is reflected in our commitment to ensure our Sales employees are highly trained, to set new regional precedents in efficient, friendly and personal customer service,” added Mr. Cormack.
