Nawras thanks MCS for customer care

Nawras, the Middle East Mobile Operator of the Year, held an appreciation event to thank its premium distributor Matrah Cold Stores LLC for their important contribution to the fastest growing family in Oman. Nawras has established a widespread distribution network to make it easier for customers to buy products and services anywhere in the Sultanate and Matrah Cold Stores LLC has been playing a key role in this arrangement, by handling the sale of more than 250,000 Nawras SIM-cards.

The celebratory ceremony was hosted by Nawras CEO Ross Cormack, COO Khalid Al-Mahmoud, Sales Director Khalil Abbas and Head of Indirect Channels, Mohamed Abdullatif. Receiving the appreciation from Nawras were Director Imad Sultan, CEO Dominic Myers and Marketing Manager, Biju George, representing Matrah Cold Stores LLC.

Mohamed Abdullatif, Nawras Head of Indirect Channels, thanked everyone at Matrah Cold Stores LLC for their support and professionalism which has benefited so many Nawras customers. There are currently more than 12,000 locations countrywide where customers can buy Nawras Recharge cards and over 700 different places selling Nawras SIM-cards. Nawras prides itself on providing friendly and professional service at all customer touch points.

Nawras currently covers 96% of the population with its reliable world-class network, using national roaming where necessary and always with Nawras great value.
