Nawras Mousbak customers get closer with new services

Nawras, the Middle East Mobile Operator of the Year, has announced the start of two great new services for the convenience of its prepaid customers, giving a helping hand whenever they need credit. ‘Kalemni’ (‘Call Me’) can be used to request someone to call back and ‘Hawelli’ (‘Send Me Credit’) can be used to request someone to transfer credit. Both services are completely free of charge and available in a choice of either Arabic or English language.

“Nawras is constantly working on creative new ways to provide the latest services for the enjoyment and convenience of customers,” said Dragan Perovic, Nawras Product Manager. “We are delighted to once again introduce another ‘first’ to the Sultanate by enabling Nawras Mousbak customers to request credit from another Nawras customer with the free Hawelli service. Anticipating a very enthusiastic response to both Kalemni and Hawelli, these services have been designed to make life simpler in direct response to customer feedback.”

In true Nawras style, both services are easy to access through an interactive menu by simply dialling *141#, selecting the preferred language and choosing any of the new services.

Hawelli is a pleasingly different service that provides a safety net for those unexpected times when credit is needed or has run out for whatever reason. Unlimited requests can be sent as often as customers wish, be it to friends, family members or colleagues.

Whenever credit falls below 10BZ, customers may select the Kalemni service. A free request can be sent to any other mobile customer in Oman asking them to call the sender back because they are currently out of credit. Customers are welcome to send Kalemni requests as often as they wish to any other local mobile customer.

An important highlight of these new services is the delivery status report, which is automatically received by the sender to assure them that their request has been safely delivered. Conversely, if for any reason the request could not be delivered, perhaps due to the recipient having their phone turned off, then the sender will be aware of this and able to resend the request to someone else. Only Nawras offers Hawelli and Kalemni, designed with convenience and peace of mind built-in.

Nawras customers can even use the Hawelli service when travelling abroad with almost all of Nawras’ 273 International Roaming Partners in 136 countries worldwide. This means that even when out of the Sultanate, Nawras customers can get closer and receive credit whenever necessary.
