Nawras honours Fono for record sales

Nawras, the Sultanate’s customer friendly communications provider, has paid tribute to premium distributor Gulf Telecommunications Co. LLC, known as Fono, for its tremendous sales of Nawras Ajel (postpaid) and Nawras Mousbak (prepaid) SIM-cards. Nawras CEO Ross Cormack led the presentation made to Akber Sultan, Managing Director of Mustafa Sultan Enterprises and Mr. Ramkrishnan, General Manager of Fono, during an event which was held recently.

Presenting the award to Akber Sultan, Ross Cormack expressed his delight and gratitude to everyone at Mustafa Sultan Enterprises for their tremendous sales and dedicated efforts to become the ‘Best Distributor for Nawras Ajel’.

Nawras Sales & Logistics Director, Khalil Abbas thanked Fono by saying, “Nawras is extremely grateful for all the hard work, enthusiasm and support shown by all those working in partnership with us to provide the most convenient places for customers to buy Nawras products. These achievements represent fantastic results and we sincerely appreciate this by celebrating the strength of our alliance today. I am looking forward to reaching even greater targets in the future, to the benefit of our mutual customers.”

The presentation event and lunch was also attended by Minoo Saher, CEO of Mustafa Sultan Enterprises and Mohamed Abdullatif, Indirect Channel Sales Manager at Nawras, together with the majority of Fono dealers from across the Sultanate.

Nawras currently has an impressive number of 33 Premium Dealers who form an integral part of the widest distribution network in the Sultanate, providing convenience and easy accessibility for the ‘fastest growing family in Oman’ to buy their mobile telecom requirements. Throughout the Sultanate, Nawras provides over 12,000 locations for customers to purchase recharge cards and more than 600 places to buy Nawras SIM-cards. From the beginning, it has been Nawras’ intention to give choice and make it as simple as possible for customers to buy, pay and get help.
