Shababiah ‘Mondial 2010’ competition a huge success for Shababiah customers

Shababiah customers from across the Sultanate were able to get closer to the exciting World Cup action as they enthusiastically sent in their favourite championship moments during the recent Shababiah ‘Mondial 2010’ competition, held from 14 June – 14 July. After receiving thousands of amazing submissions from eager young participants, Shababiah announced the three winning snapshots of the month-long competition during a prize awarding held recently at the Nawras main office at Al Athaiba. Anyone can view and enjoy the photos posted on MMS Zone as Shababiah brings the World Cup excitement directly to young people throughout the Sultanate.

The much anticipated results saw Omar Ahmed, Majed Al Aamri and Ahmed Ali named as winners, taking home fantastic prizes including a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 smartphone, Xperia X10 mini and Vivaz camera phone. Creativity and individual style were emphasized throughout the Shababiah competition as photos included breathtaking scenes of football stadiums, winning goals and much more.
